Urban Green Investments is a fully integrated real estate investment and development company.  Urban Green is headquartered in San Francisco and invests in three major platforms:

 • Cash-flowing multi-family properties

 • In-fill land entitlement projects

 • Distressed office or multi-family assets

Urban Green invests primarily in the San Francisco Bay Area, New York, Texas and Los Angeles, though selectively considers opportunities in other urban markets.  Urban Green invests directly in projects and also works in conjunction with a variety of partners including local sponsors, institutional funds and accredited investors.
