The Metropolitan is a mixed-use project with loft apartments and creative space, located at the intersection of Highway 101 and Sunset Boulevard in Hollywood. It was acquired in February 2011 in partnership with the  Harridge Development Group. Cornerstone owns 58% of the development through Urban Green Investments.

There are four fully entitled value components to this development:

• Fully leased, 52 unit, 12-story apartment tower, and underground parking
• Two large supergraphic signs and a rooftop sign
• Fully leased, developed commercial space
• 79 newly constructed residential units, with communal areas and modern amenities
