In 2014, Urban Green Investments, in partnership with Fort Worth’s Olympus Property, acquired the Mosaic, a 440 unit apartment tower in the heart of downtown Dallas, called Mosaic.

Mosaic was originally built in 1952 as an office building which was then known as the Fidelity Union Life Insurance Building. After sitting vacant for over a decade, Mosaic was redeveloped into upscale apartments throughout 2006 and 2007.
